This system generally uses two or three adsorption chambers and a catalytic combustion chamber to ensure continuous system operation. First, the organic waste gas is adsorbed with activated carbon, and the adsorption is stopped when it reaches saturation, and then the organic matter is desorbed from the activated carbon with a hot air stream to regenerate the activated carbon. The desorbed organic matter has been concentrated (the concentration is increased by dozens of times) and It is sent to the catalytic combustion chamber to be burned into carbon dioxide and water vapor under the action of the catalyst. When the organic waste gas reaches a certain concentration, the organic waste gas can maintain spontaneous combustion in the catalytic bed without external heating. A part of the exhaust gas after combustion is discharged into the atmosphere, and most of it is sent to the adsorption bed for activated carbon regeneration, which can meet the thermal energy required for combustion and adsorption, achieve the purpose of energy saving, and the regeneration can enter the next adsorption. During desorption, the purification operation can be performed with another adsorption bed, which is suitable for both continuous operation and intermittent operation.
Mainly used in: organic waste gas with lower concentration, which is not suitable for direct combustion or catalytic combustion and adsorption recovery treatment, especially high-volume exhaust gas, including paint, rubber, plastic, resin, leather, insulation materials, printing, food and foundry, etc. Purification of organic waste gas in the industry, such as organic mixed gases such as aromatics, aldehydes, esters and alkanes.
