2. If the damage trace is from outside to inside, the damage is at the vertical rib contact of the bag cage. This type of wear is caused by the deformation of the bag cage or the installation of the filter bag is too small, the diameter of the filter bag is too large or loose, which causes the contact between the filter bag and the filter bag, the filter bag and the dust collector box component. The outer wear of the lower part of the filter bag is more common within 300mm of the bottom of the filter bag, and the wear is mostly on one side. The lower part is the most serious, and it gradually decreases upward. Part of the sewing thread will be worn out, and the thread will be strong in the place where it is not worn. Such abrasion is mostly caused by deformation of the flower plate, too small hole spacing, deformation of the bag cage, and too long filter bags. Annular abrasion in the lower part of the filter bag: An annular abrasion cavity is formed in the lower part of the filter bag from the outside to the inside. This type of wear is caused by the local scouring of the filter bag by the dusty flue gas, which indicates that the air velocity in the filter bag is too large. It is more common in dust collectors with higher filtering wind speed or more abrasive dust. The inner part of the lower part of the filter bag is abraded: It is more common in the contact position with the bag cage. Fifth, the inside of the dust bag is worn:
