The vacuum harrow dryer is mainly suitable for drying a small amount of mud-like, paste-like materials that are heat-sensitive, oxygen-sensitive or containing organic solvents under vacuum conditions. The moisture content ranges from 15% to 90%.
The main structure of the vacuum harrow dryer is a horizontal cylindrical container with a jacket. The equipment is equipped with a low-speed stirring shaft. The shaft is equipped with rake teeth arranged in a certain direction. There are two types of stirring shafts, one is an unheated rake shaft, and the other is a hollow rake shaft that can pass into the heating medium. The heating medium (hot water, hot oil, steam) is passed into the jacket. A certain amount of wet material is added to the cylinder, and the rake shaft agitates the material to make the material evenly heated. The rake shaft is controlled by the time relay to forward-stop-stop-reverse-stop-forward-run at a certain time interval. The operating cycle is set by the user according to the process operating conditions of the material. The material to be dried in the cylinder is regularly stirred to the two sides and to the middle under the regular stirring of the harrow tooth shaft, and it is repeated until the material is dried to the process requirements. The upper part of the inner cylinder is equipped with a vacuum interface, which is connected to a vacuum system, so that the dried material is heated and dried under negative pressure, which can ensure that the dried material is heated at a low temperature, so as not to damage the physical and chemical properties of the material. The vaporized water is discharged to the subsequent dry dust collector, wet dust collector, condenser, etc. through the vacuum pipe, and finally emptied from the vacuum pump outlet. After the material meets the drying requirements, open the discharge valve at the lower part of the cylinder to allow the material to move to the middle under the stirring of the rake shaft to discharge.
