After the exhaust gas enters the absorption tower, it is treated by gas-liquid reverse absorption, that is, the liquid is sprayed down from the top of the tower in a mist (or small liquid droplets), and the exhaust gas is reversely raised from the middle of the tower to achieve the purpose of gas-liquid contact . When the liquid flows through the filler layer, the exhaust gas is in full contact with the chemical liquid (washing liquid) flowing on the surface of the filler layer, so that the pollutants contained in the exhaust gas are fully absorbed. After washing and absorption, the waste liquid is collected in the water collecting tank, and then discharged to the waste water system for treatment. The spray washing can simultaneously cool the exhaust gas and remove the inclusion particles in the exhaust gas. The purified gas is absorbed into the defogging section and discharged into the atmosphere.
The washing liquid is atomized into fine droplets and sprayed downward uniformly through the nozzle. The exhaust gas enters from the lower part of the spray absorption tower and flows from the bottom to the top. Reunion causes it to greatly increase its weight and settle down by the action of gravity. The captured dust is gravity settled in the liquid storage tank to form a high solids-containing concentrated liquid at the bottom and periodically discharged for further processing. Part of the clarified liquid can be recycled, together with a small amount of supplemental clear liquid, through the circulation pump from the tower nozzle to the spray tower for spray washing. This reduces the consumption of liquid and the amount of secondary sewage treatment. The purified gas after spray-washing is removed from the top of the tower by removing small liquid droplets entrained by the gas through a demister.
